Professionals :
Managers, senior managers, project managers, deputy general managers, or executives working in development, construction, or real estate firms who are seeking broader, business-oriented roles. First or second-generation entrepreneurs, owners, managers, or promoters of mid-sized infrastructure, construction, or real estate firms looking to implement professional management practices and scale their business.

Management consultants seeking deep sectoral knowledge in infrastructure or real estate, including the urban sector. Also suitable for lawyers, bankers, or insurance professionals working on infrastructure projects and transactions.

The programme is taught by experienced faculty from ISB and other global institutions. It adopts adult-learning methods, with an emphasis on action and application over theory. Teaching methods include faculty lectures, case studies, simulations, and group activities.
AMPI is a 12-month, part-time programme delivered in a blended learning format to minimise work disruption.
Classroom Learning :
The programme begins with a one-day orientation residency, followed by four nine-day residencies (one per quarter). Each day includes eight hours of instruction, with evenings reserved for co-curricular activities. Participants are required to stay on campus during residencies.
Online Learning :
An interactive online platform is used to deliver tutorials, lectures, and facilitate interaction between participants and faculty.
Self-Study :
Participants are expected to spend 8–10 hours per week studying pre-read material. All course materials—including textbooks, cases, and articles—will be made available in advance via the Learning Management System (LMS).
